Wanting to showcase the causes that they believe in, NFL players wore custom cleats as a part of the “My Cause My Cleats” campaign during Week 13. Jacksonville Jaguars defensive tackle Marcell Dareus took part in the initiative by wearing custom Under Armour cleats that showed support for Hope for Haiti.
HFH is an organization that is near and dear to Dareus’ heart because his father was born in Haiti. The Jaguars DT also worked with the non-profit when he went on a humanitarian trip to Hati last February. To show his support for the organization, Dareus’ Under Amour cleats had Hopes For Haiti written on one side and the Haitian national flag on the other.
