mastermind JAPAN and SearchNDesign have teamed up on a unique silhouette known as “Ghost Sox.”
This silhouette’s name stems from the incorporation of the removable neoprene sock within the shoe – blending Japanese heritage with a contemporary design. Based on the Japanese tradition of removing shoes before entering a home, this iteration allows the interior sock to be removed and worn around like socks.
This offering is constructed with a premium Italian vegetable tanned leather upper, gold eyelets, and and pair of riri zippers on the heel to allow an easy on/off transition. Available in three colorways – white, black, and red – this rendition is finished with an adjustable strap across the forefoot, while the infamous mastermind JAPAN logo appears on the tongue heel collar.
The mastermind JAPAN x SearchNDesign “Ghost Sox” are expected to release on February 1 at SearchNDesign’s online shop.
