The success of Kyrie Irving’s signature Nike collection loomed large this past weekend with the unveiling of a new silhouette. Set to work alongside the newly released Nike Kyrie 4, this budding silhouette is somewhat a takedown model previewed via a pair produced in conjunction with Boston-based Bodega.
This All-Star edition of the shoe was made to pay tribute to the Boston Celtics and their league-best winning heritage. With “Boston” and “Pride” scripted across the paneling, the mid-cut shoe’s laces highlight each year the Celtics won world champions, of which there are many. Bodega very gingerly brands themselves at the tongue tag while Irving’s logo is a bit more prominent at the medial siding.
What are your first thoughts on this Bodega x Nike Kyrie sneaker?
