Sneaker Con 2010 brought together enthusiasts, shops, collectors and bloggers for a day filled with music, pictures, and sneakers. This was the sophomore year for Sneaker Con. Therefore, brothers Alan & Barris Vinogradov and their homie Yu-Ming produced worthwhile venture. An amalgamation of the year’s hottest and most hyped releases were on sale in booths, around necks and on the floor. Offers were even made to purchase right off the wearer’s feet! Every pair had their price, and some pairs even exchanged ownership three and four times within the day. There was no age limit to partake in the sneaker based festivities. With that said, youngsters as old as 10 were on the floor hustling their wears. New shops and aspiring retail owners were there getting their name out and selling some rare air from their personal collections. Even lauded sneaker personality Mayor stopped by to check out the happenings of Sneaker Con at the St. Patrick Youth Center in sneaker-heavy SoHo NYC. Check out pictures from the event and peep the PEs. Also, check out what Air Forces Mayor donned after the jump. |
