This isn’t the first time we’ve seen Vans pair up with a band to work on their classic shoes. In fact, this isn’t even the first time we’ve seen this specific KISS x Vans “Hotter Than Hell” Pack, but it is the first time we’ve gotten to take an in-depth look at the two shoe tribute set.
Both use black suede for the a healthy amount the upper. The Slip-On puts it to work near the ankle, while the Sk8-Hi’s toe and midfoot are covered in the base material. Every inch of the remainder of both shoes is covered in KISS album artwork. The Detroit rock group is definitely of a different era than the last group Vans paired up with, Rise Against, but rock and sneaker fans of any age should check these out when they drop sometime in the near future.
