Release Reminder

Jordan Brand has only released one variation of MJ’s first signature sneaker in the form of the Air Jordan Alpha 1. However, tomorrow, March 27th, 2010, will mark the official re-release of the highly-anticipated Air Jordan 1 Retro KO Hi.

Two colorways of archaic model will hit retailers tomorrow: one possessing a white/varsity-red color scheme and the other pair featured in white/varsity red. These two sneakers are simply classic as it has now been over two decades since it was supposed to release (Nike stated that would release it but never did). The Air Jordan 1 Retro KO Hi is equipped with an upper comprised of leather and canvas. The Jordan Wings logo and the age-old Nike swoosh give this shoe a much-needed vintage feel; however, one of the more interesting and most talked-about attribute on this shoe seems to be the vintage sole. It simply gives the shoe a traditional, worn-out look that has been hated and loved over the years. As stated earlier, check your nearest Jordan retailer for the Air Jordan 1 Retro KO Hi which will retail for $125. Is this a definite purchase for you?
