The third Air Force 1 we’ve seen today, this pair also marks the third time we’ve seen make use of a woven textile throughout, and is the second pair to utilize Birch as a major part of its look.
Clearly, Nike is invested in the hemp-like material. It appears, as noted above, in the toe box, quarter panels and on the tongue, matched by the Birch outsole and leather heel piece. Marina Blue, a color we last saw on a new Air Max 97, brightly pops off the neutral base, adding a welcome splash of color. The Air text on the midsole’s heel is the same hue. Like the other two shoes we’ve seen today, these are expected to ht retailers in the coming weeks.
