While Nike’s React Element 55 — a subtle offshoot of the wildly popular React Element 87 — won’t be confused as the sneaker of 2018 like its elder sibling, there’s still much to anticipate with regards to this progressive design.
Although removed from the translucency that made the 87 an A-lister, the 55 still manages some star power of its own.
2019 will see budding colorways of the sleek lifestyle design including this grey centric iteration. With its medium primary acting as a base layer, contrasting red and blue widen the look’s patriotic stance while equally screaming for spring/summer wears.
