The Motor City makes more than just cars nice cars to get around in, they also are home to some exclusive sneakers. We found that at out in our recent trip to the new Foot Locker Detroit Power Store as they teamed up with Nike to create the locally launched Nike Air Force 1 “Home and Away” Pack.
Highlighing the “Home” homage, this blue collar pair is exactly that, riffing off a classic workshort worn in an auto shop for a mechanic makeup.
A clean blue canvas upper contrasts nicely with smooth suede highlighting the Swoosh, back tab and lace eyelets. With “Motor City” stamped on the lateral heel tab, this pair is personalized to the city it serves.
Released as an exclusive to Foot Locker Detroit, pairs have since sold out.
