Often times during February sneaker brands are up to two things: producing Black History Month-inspired sneakers and Valentine’s Day styles riddled in red. Adidas stands to represent both, with the latter produced in the form of red and white Stan Smiths.
Seen through a two-piece set with one in traditional leather and its counterpart in patent leather, hearts appear on both the lateral and medial siding of the red pair while a lateral heart takes shape on the white iteration. Although simple, the sentiment is a powerful one. Adidas isn’t just celebrating a holiday; they’re celebrating love.
