While All-Star Weekend was filled with some of the hottest release of the year, the brand with the Three Stripes gave the Windy City more than just an exclusive ASW drop.

On Saturday Feb. 15, adidas hosted over 200 kids as a part of its World’s Best Career Day which brought some of Chicago’s own high schoolers to get hands-on experience on an array of workshops ranging from the sneaker lab, a filmmaking lab and even a gaming lab.

The labs featured some notable adidas members such as Jonah Hill, WNBA star Liz Cambage, Pusha-T and Chicago’s own Derrick Rose as they led and shared insight throughout the workshops.

The event is an extension of the adidas Legacy Program as the brand’s basketball-oriented initiative strives to empower high school students from underprivileged communities in cities such as Los Angeles, New York and Chicago by partnering with 28 schools with over 800 kids.

Take a look at the event below. As adidas continues to inspire change, we’re excited to see where the adidas Legacy Program goes.
