Draymond Green is officially a member of Converse Basketball following the early reports of the Golden State Warriors’ forward leaving Nike Basketball.

“Converse is family. When you talk about the brand you’re talking about legends like Julius ‘Dr. J’ Erving amongst other greats. Those names helped establish Converse as a leader and an important name in basketball footwear,” said Green.

Although he was sidelined, Green and Converse Basketball still made headlines as the upcoming Converse G4 made an appearance.

The shoe is an extension of the Converse All-Star Pro BB as Nike React cushioning continues to make its way to the hardwood. In addition to that, the shoe features a Nike Air Zoom unit in the forefoot for maximum performance.

The Converse G4 will release in a low-top ($110) and high-top ($120) version on Converse.com and select retailers soon. Meanwhile, take a look at Draymond Green rocking the all-new G4 below.
