The Vans Slip-On has long displayed the classic checkerboard pattern. While the staple pair is black and white, other colors have been added in. For the “Mono Check” Pack however, other colors have completely taken over.
Red, blue, yellow and black shoes have all been designed in a single color scheme. However, the checkerboard pattern mentioned above appears on the upper via some slight color differentiation. The same trick is used on the toe cap of the vulcanized sole. Japanese retailer ABC Mart has these in stock now.
