A new colorway for Nike’s self-lacing hoops sneaker has just surfaced, this time in an alternate “Black Air Mag” outfit that elevates the OG Back to the Future II model.
Unlike the original grey and teal tones of its predecessor, the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 “Black Air Mag” inverts its upper to black while keeping the accentuations true to the OG pair. Elevating the look is an icy blue outsole, teal scribble on the midsole, and forefoot ankle lights akin to the originals designed by Tinker Hatfield in 1988-89. Finally contrasting white Swooshes, white liners, and a heat map-like finish on the outsole’s forefoot help to round out the overall look of this upcoming colorway.
So far no release date has been revealed for the Nike Adapt BB 2.0 “Black Air Mag” but expect them to arrive over the Summer for $400.
