At the beginning of February, Nike Sportswear unleashed a slew of Air Force 1s including the multiple 2010 All-Star releases, a women’s all-leather, black high-top and a deep burgundy, boot-inspired high-top for the men (shown below). Earlier this year, we learned that Nike will re-release the Air Force 1 Hi Deep Burgundy later this year; in addition, they will also pair it with a similar-designed Air Force 1 in the upcoming Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 “Hiking” Pack.
At a first glance, this shoe features a construction that is very similar to the “Tokyo Destroyer” Nike Air Force 1 that is set to release soon. Yet, the sole color is white on this particular sneaker as opposed to black on the previously-mentioned “Tokyo Destroyer” Nike Air Force 1. The black premium leather upper is offset by white contrast stitching, which is seen throughout the upper. To coincide with this element, a clean, white sole finishes this shoe off. Lastly, the “Hiking” Pack theme is evident by the boot-lacing construction. Look for the Nike Sportswear Air Force 1 “Hiking” Pack to hit retailers during the fall/winter season of 2010.
