A timeless staple of the United Kingdom-based brand, the Reebok Instapump Fury has been subject to a variety of collaborations and bold patterns. Following suit upon its recent makeups, the Steven Smith-designed silhouette looks to appear in Asia celebrating China’s Sichuan Province while simultaneously paying tribute to the local sneaker boutique DEAL and fashion agency NSC (Never Stop Creating).

This iteration of the Instapump Fury embodies China’s Sichuan Province. While currently known as Chengdu, the name “ShuDu” refers to the old capital. Graphics representing different aspects of the province are found on the sneaker, including themes of spicy food, traditional opera, giants’ pandas, and the Chinese traditional game mahjong. The pump mechanisms wield different color pallets across the pair, with the right pair drenched in pink and the left pair dressed in yellow. Multi-colored outsoles appear below a white-midsole, completing the design.

The Reebok Instapump Fury “ShuDu” looks to release in the coming weeks. Until then, enjoy the photos below as we await further information.
