Nike Adds The Air Force 1 NRG Low To Their Sustainability Efforts

Nike continues its push to become more environmentally responsible with the upcoming release of the Air Force 1 Low NRG. This pair arrives in a toned down, eye-catching colorway featuring recycled materials, a trend that we’ve noticed becoming increasingly important to the biggest brands. The first Air Force 1 added into the collection, it’s a strong addition to Nike’s Move to Zero campaign (headlined by the Space Hippie line).

This version adds to the legendary Air Force 1 family, constructed with a tonal base made from white leather & grey panels, emphasised by brighter colored swooshes. A larger Red swoosh is accentuated by Blue stitching around it pairs beautifully with a bright Green swoosh along the outer toe box. Adding a Grey outsole with Blue speckling and accents finishes helps the featured panels to stand out even further. Riddled with recycled materials, this is an addition to the legendary Air Force family that’s set for the future. The pair is expected to drop in late October, at the perfect time with fall kicking in around the world.
