Reebok & J.J. Watt have teamed up to drop yet another colorway of the JJ IV Training Shoe. This time, the pair combine to conjure up an eye-catching pair inspired by J.J.’s wife and women athletes the world over. Designed specifically for a woman’s foot, this pair is part of a “His & Her” JJ IV Training Shoe collection.
The Texans’ star worked with his wife Kealia Ohai Watt, who is a NWSL star, to drop a gold-themed pair. A wearable colorway that suits anyone, this model has been specifically adapted for women in a male-dominant marketplace. Improvements to durability, traction, support and comfort are the main talking points for this pair aside from the fresh colorway. Adding to the moment, for each pair sold through December 10th, Reebok will donate a pair of JJ III’s to Houston’s Mission of Yahweh Women’s Shelter.
Constructed from a Chalk Flexweave upper with a Champagne synthetic forefoot, the upper sits atop of a White rubber outsole. A marbled insole combines with the words “dream big” & “work hard” to finish off this resilient pair. Having dropped November 10th, the pair is available via Reebok’s web store in a range of sizes for $99.99.
Take a look at the pair below and let us know what you think of this inspired model. As always, keep it locked to Nice Kicks for all the latest sneaker releases & news.
