Dearica Hamby has ascended to the upper echelon of professional basketball, leading the Las Vegas Aces to glory through her WNBA career. Now, the two-time WNBA Sixth Women of the Year has just reached another milestone: signing with Jordan Brand.
Hamby has made waves for her on-court performances and off the court lifestyle. At Wake Forest, she dominated against her collegiate competitors, finishing top five of all-time double-doubles, free throws made, field goals made, blocks, games started and played, and minutes played. Such accolades propelled her to be the #6 overall draft pick by the San Antonio Stars in the 2015 WNBA Draft.
Having relocated to Las Vegas, Hamby’s role has changed to that of the Sixth Women. While her role has changed, her exciting playstyle has not, continuing her superstar role that landed her multiple WNBA accolades.
