Commemorating the 20th Anniversary of the AI’s iconic step over, Reebok is releasing the Reebok Answer IV “Step Over” later this year.

During Game 1 of the 2001 NBA Finals, the Los Angeles Lakers were hoping for a perfect postseason record until they went toe-to-toe with Iverson’s Sixers. That night, AI scored a game-high 48 points and infamously stepped over Ty Lue after sinking a 20-foot jumper in OT.

Now, the iconic pair is returning in its original black and white color scheme. The offering uses premium leather uppers that rest atop its black sole unit. Iconic details include a zippered cover on the lacing system and DMX cushioning. Lastly, the pair signs off with an image of Iverson and text reading “Only The Strong Survive” on the outsole.
