Recently Nike has been making a conscious effort to include more sustainability in their designs by launching their “Move to Zero” series. This campaign is dedicated to move towards zero emissions and zero waste to offset the fashion industry’s strain on the environment. This kids-exclusive Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 is apart of the “Move to Zero” series and is made with at least 20% recycled materials.
This Blazer Mid has an “Armory Navy” upper that’s split with a neon green graph pattern. Grey contrasts appear on the sneaker, most notably on the signature Swoosh. Nike’s “Move to Zero” series has its own Swoosh-spiral logo, which you can see here on the back heel counter. The sustainability features stand out most on the translucent midsole and recycled granulated rubber sole.
This kids-exclusive Nike Blazer Mid ‘77 is available now on nike.com and select stores for a retail price of $95. Be sure to keep it locked on @NiceKicks for more sneaker news and updates.
