Critically acclaimed Compton rapper YG has long-been a fan of K-Swiss, a brand he grew up wearing. Now, the the artist will serve as creative director for an upcoming collection that draws upon the K-Swiss ethos: the brand’s signature 5 stripe pattern with his own flair and artistic efforts.
The drop — dubbed “Disco” — incorporates a silver glitter motif combined with K-Swiss engineering to create a revamped version of the LX Sneaker. YG’s imprint can be found on the insole, while white laces and a clean white midsole finish off the design.
