Imitation turns to high-end flattery on the latest launch from Hender Scheme. Recreating 1989’s Air Jordan 4 silhouette in premium vegetable tan leather with a modified midsole, this makeup is sure to garner mixed reactions. Whether seen as a tribute or a take-off, it’s certainly not a take-down as it makes the most of lux composition, preceding the upcoming era of remastered retros. Jumpman branding and Nike Air cushioning are obviously not present, while marquee aesthetic details are still left intact. Though a $999 will keep most from buying these, would you rock a pair if given the chance? Decide for yourself by peeping the photos below. Props to High Snobiety for spotlighting these and head over to Up There Store for all interests in putting in a down payment to pre-order a pair.
