Every year, the competition for lightest and “fastest” performing sneaker gets more and more intense. This year, adidas has topped all other competitors with their very own adidas adiZero Crazy Light. This pair, which debuted last week, surpasses competitors such as the Nike Zoom Kobe V and Nike Zoom Kobe VI with a stunning weight of 9.8 ounces. Adidas achieves this through their revolutionary SPRINTWEB exoskeleton upper and a variety of other innovative technology.

Today, two new colorways have surfaced. The first pair shown below features a predominately lead and grey upper that is literally highlighted with neon yellow accents on the inner liner and outsole. The second pair is completely red with hints of white on the ankle region and outsole. These two pairs are set to release on June 3, 2011 at most major adidas retailers. Will you give this pair a shot this Summer ?
