Adidas unveils their latest advancement in running shoes, the ADIZERO Prime X Strung. Wired for speed, this new model is the first adidas shoe to incorporate the record-breaking ADIZERO range with a data-driven Strung upper.
Coming in colorways of “Off White,” “Wonder Steel,” and “Solar Orange,” the adidas ADIZERO Prime X Strung features a data-driven upper that is coded thread by thread. The sneaker uses precise material and a seamless lightweight cocoon upper to provide runners with comfortable support. The outsole is also packed with carbon ENERGYRODS and three-layers of LIGHTSTRIKE PRO in the Prime X sole for energy return.
“The ultimate expression of innovation, the ADIZERO Prime X Strung is a testament to our ongoing commitment to produce the most forward-thinking products for our running community,” said Simon Lockett, Category Director of adidas Racing Footwear. “No design limitations and no reservations. The result is a shoe that delivers an optimal running experience for those looking to smash their next race.”
The adidas ADIZERO Prime X Strung also marks the first time Strung has been commercially available since the FUTURECRAFT.STRUNG, which debuted two years ago. The result is a first ever ADIZERO running shoe that not only helps optimize comfort and provides a responsive run but also helps to pick up speed.
The adidas ADIZERO Prime X Strung is available now. The retail price is listed at €275 (Approx. $275 USD). To purchase, visit adidas.com and select retailers. For more sneaker news and release dates, follow @NiceKicks on Instagram.
