With the MLB Postseason beginning tomorrow, adidas picked the perfect time to unveil their latest collection of notable footwear suited for the diamond, as we’ve gotten a glimpse of the new adidas Afterburner Uncaged Collection. Featuring nearly ten different motifs comprising of various animalistic cues, this collection is created merely for some of the fastest players in the game.
Composed of a lightweight synthetic upper that features digitally printed imagery of the various animals, such “beasts” include a cheetah, eagle, lion, and tiger, just to name a few. In addition, the aforementioned silhouette utilizes a full-length LITESTRIKE EVA midsole for increased cushioning and comfort, along with a new SPRINTFRAME plate with PROTRAX cleat configuration to provide optimum responsiveness and traction.
