The Portland Trail Blazers picked a winner when they drafted Damian Lillard— the winner of the 2013 Rookie of the Year Award. Oakland inspiration shines on both shirts, with the “Endorsed By” tee showcasing Lillard’s portrait over a satellite shot of his city and the “Townbiz” tee offering a nod to his ‘Fly Guyz’ crew.
