Dating back to the ’90s, a golden era for basketball and sneakers, adidas derives DNA from the Crazy 8 to evoke a modern-day rendering titled the Crazy 8 ADV. A new Primeknit colorway is set to release later this month.
Newly contemporary given knit fabrication, textured stripes and vacuum-coated structural overlays, the shoe’s mid-cut stance remains the same while its overall shaping has transitioned to meet budding specifications. Its concealed lacing system punctuates the model’s newness, which will be on full display in an upcoming monochromatic black and white colorway.
