Back in 1986, in accordance with the Boston Marathon, adidas successfully debuted the Boston Super. The shoe became an instant hit and has been referenced greatly in the years – decades, really – that would follow.
With the all-new adidas EQT Support ’93 “Boston” edition releasing in conjunction with this year’s race, adidas conceptualized the shoe as a modern refresher to the Super. Dressed in similar tones like the dark grey suede paired precisely with light grey nylon, timely red accents and a white midsole nail the look home.
