The adidas Forum Mid has become a favorite amongst sneakerheads and adidas enthusiasts. Though not an original model, it has definitely gained interest in recent times. Today’s featured colorway is shown here in ‘Cardinal Red.’ This eye-catching tone is applied to nearly every panel of the upper with the exception of grey branding on the side and heel panels. Materials that are used include waxed canvas on the base and smooth leather on other various panels. This plays well with yellow accents on the inner liner, ankle, and tongue area.
