Over the past several years, adidas has pushed the boundaries of sneaker technology and innovation. BOOST technology, Continental rubber outsoles, and other game-changing materials have drastically changed on-foot comfort, and begs the question as to what the Three Stripes could potentially have up their sleeve. While that remains somewhat a mystery, adidas has made clear that their digital light synthesis produced 4D technology will be at their forefront with the return of the OG Futurecraft 4D.

The Futurecraft 4D was the first sneaker to feature their trademark digitally printed midsoles. Returning in original form with only minor changes, the pair features a black Primeknit upper with grey accents along the Three Stripes branding. An “Ash Green” 4D sole protected by Continental rubber completes the innovative silhouette’s build.

The adidas Futurecraft 4D OG is slated to arrive in Spring 2021. How do you feel about adidas’ 4D push? Let us know on social media.
