Not that long ago the only adidas Gazelle in Primeknit was the collaborative pair produced in partnership with Sneaker Politics. The “Mardi Gras” themed shoe was a hit earlier this year, and seemed to spark an idea within the three stripes camp: Gazelles and Primeknit work well together.
This spring the adidas Gazelle Primeknit will come as standalone inline option, a contemporary rendering of the shoe often produced in suede and newly revealed in mesh. The Primeknit pairs are revealed first in women’s mint or coral editions, but you can expect men’s pairs very soon.
