Earlier this summer at an event in China, James Harden teased his Adidas Harden Vol. 7 “Halloween” prepped for the spooky season. This is the first time that the silhouette has gotten a festive costume in celebration of the holiday, although the pumpkin-esque Adidas Harden Vol. 7 “Impact Orange” could also be fitting for the occasion.
The Halloween-inspired details stand out at first glance as the sneaker features a bright jack-o’-lantern heel complete with 3D carvings and a green Harden-branded pull tab that represents the pumpkin stem. The glossy heel counter has a candy apple finish with adidas Three-Stripes branding in white. The toecap has a glow-in-the-dark element that reveals green skeleton toes when the lights go off. This feature is complemented by the upper’s 3M zig-zag stitching that illuminates the sneaker’s white leather base.
