A follow-up to the immensely successful adidas NMD is already scheduled for next spring/summer 2017, and it goes by the name of the NMD R2.
The modern silhouette continues to come into its own, now ditching past inspiration from elder adidas heritage models. Losing the Micropacer inspiration at the midsole tooling and most notably shifting to new Primeknit construction, additional patterning and speckles ensure a much bolder onset. What’s more, a suede heel further updates each look alongside a more defined ankle collar.
