Up until now, we’d seen the adidas NMD XR1 in a range of patterned Primeknit variations but never anything other than customary white Boost cushioning. That will change soon with this upcoming option with a noir sentiment.
Coupled alongside black Boost, this newly revealed XR1 also vindicates the R2 Primeknit pattern seen on the second generation NMD. Protective cage construction, EVA plugs and a leather heel all play along with the blacked out aesthetic.
