Perhaps one of the Three Stripes’ most iconic hardwood sneakers, the adidas Pro Model 2G has made waves since returning earlier this year. The basketball silhouette was revered for its solid construction, which consisted of adiPrene cushioning, herringbone traction, and the infamous Shell Toe. Debuting in 2003, the sneaker was worn by the likes of Tim Duncan, Kevin Garnett, and other budding NBA superstars.

The bulky hoops silhouette is set to release in variants of gold and white. Akin to its colorway, the sneaker is dressed in gold tones. Offsetting the gold upper, dashes of white are featured on the Three Stripes branding, “Pro Model” branding, the adidas logo on the heel, and the tongue. The outsoles are seen in a translucent, off white color. Completing the silhouette, “20” branding is displayed on the tongue.

Look for the adidas Pro Model 2G “Gold Medal” to make its debut on July 1 for a retail price of $100. If you’re thinking about copping, head over to adidas.com and other select retailers.
