Earlier this year, adidas debuted the PureBOOST X with a first of its kind floating arch. This shoe was designed with the female athlete in mind and adidas designers used Aramis, a state of the art motion tracking technology to study the female foot. The adaptive stretch mesh of the floating arch wraps beneath the midfoot, providing support you can feel during every run, working with the natural movements of the foot.
The first few colorways launched were comprised of mainly a single color upper. The summer 2016 launch welcomes patterned uppers like the animal print design we see here, as well as a floral and geometric designs.
These are available for sale now on adidas for $120.
