As part of the upcoming adidas x SPEZIAL collection, adidas Originals presents this trailer for the Sole Searching in South America documentary. The film features a few noted adidas collectors including Gary Aspden, Robert Brooks, Mike Chetcuti and musician Ian Brown on a trip to Buenos Aires, Argentina after receiving a tip about a store filled with vintage adidas product. The trip’s objective was to find rare adidas pieces for research purposes and to exhibit in the forthcoming SPEZIAL exhibition, part of Design Manchester 14. Photographer Neil Bedford and film maker Greg Bond documented the trip, producing the documentary which will launch exclusively on SHOWstudio on October 15th.
