adidas is applying its sustainable “Made To Be Remade” ethos to its Terrex range, starting with a Free Hiker silhouette.
This forthcoming adidas Terrex Free Hiker “Made To Be Remade” is made from fully-recyclable materials including a recycled plastic base, an adhesive that binds everything together, and renewable plastic brand tags.
In terms of colorways, the pair sports a sleek “Core Black” outfit, seeing the majority of its upper dressed in black, while down below is a signature BOOST midsole done up in white. Rounding out the final details is a semi-translucent black rubber outsole. Once the wearer has outgrown the pair, the shoes can be returned to adidas to create something new.
The adidas Terrex Free Hiker “Made To Be Remade” is set to release in early 2022 via adidas.com and select retailers for $250. Keep it locked to our Sneaker Release Dates Calendar for updates.
