A once dominant and prominent basketball shoe is returning to the sneaker realm. The adidas Top Ten 2000 was once a highly popular and sought-out hooping shoe during the 70s. Now, adidas is honoring the legacy of the late Kobe Bryant.

The colorway pays homage to Bryant’s first media day when he rocked the adidas 2000 in the white and navy colorway. Key details include burgundy pull tabs and gold adidas branding on the heel, followed by additional gold branding on the tongue. Color scheme aside, the sneaker features a mesh textile upper, leather mudguards, and suede toe caps and eyelets.

The adidas Top Ten 2000 returns on October 12 at adidas.com and select retailers for $140. Take a look at the images below and stay tuned to our adidas Release Page for more updates on everything adidas. Lock into Nice Kicks for more sneaker-related news.
