By most measures, the release of the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost was a major success. The Three Stripes won All-Star Weekend in surprise fashion and later launches both online and at boutiques across the country provided additional opportunities for Kanye fans to score his latest sneaker.

However, the only looming issue surrounding the model was a defect on the shoe’s zipper that plagued many wearers. If having a shoe you just dropped $350 on break wasn’t a problem enough, the bigger problem was what to do next. After recent news that this was still an issue, we reached out to adidas once again to see where they were at in regard to working on a solution. Today, we’re happy to say that solution has been found.

Owners of defective pairs of the adidas Yeezy 750 Boost must call 800-448-1796 to file a claim. If the pair is deemed defective and does come with the original receipt, the owner has the opportunity to either receive a refund or a brand-new pair of Yeezy 750 Boosts. Replenished pairs are said to be produced on need and will be shipped out accordingly.
