Spike Lee’s influence on Jordan Brand, and on the sneaker culture, has just stepped up to a new level. Spike has been behind recent kicks, like the Spizike, and a number of colorways of other Jordans influenced by the film Do The Right Thing. This year the film celebrates its 20th Anniversary, and in order to celebrate in style two versions of the Air Jordan 1’s will be released.
The Air Jordan 1 DTRT Metallics are a slight variation of the OG metallic colorways that have become a grail for many collectors over the years. The DTRT versions that are said to drop later this summer feature inner liners that have DTRT inspiration. Two colorways will release, white and metallic red, along with a white and metallic green. Look for these at select Jordan Urban Accounts in July, along with the matching shirt. Via NikeTalk user MARCSJ08. |
