Back in 2020, Jordan Brand dropped the Air Jordan 4 SE “Sashiko.” Three years later, the footwear giant pays homage to Japanese craftsmanship with its latest Air Jordan 1 Low from the “Sashiko” series.
The silhouette features a distressed denim look matched with an aged midsole. Its base is crafted from canvas materials, paired with blue denim fabrics on the toe boxes, eyelets, and heels. Other details include black tumbled leather Swooshes on each side, a denim-like tongue tab, exposed foam stitching, padded tongues, and mesh sock liners. Graphic-heavy insoles and a black rubber outsole offer the finishing touches.
Unfortunately, release details remain a mystery, so instead, check out the images below while we await a release later this year at Nike.com and select retailers. In the meantime, visit our Air Jordan Release Dates page for more updates on upcoming Js.
