Michael Jordan has never been mistaken for a style guy. In fact, when it comes to anything but his sneakers, he is often on the wrong end of hilarious criticism. In large part, the jokes come from his choice of denim. This Air Jordan 1 sample cleverly odes to that unfortunate element of his wardrobe.
The Air Jordan 1 “Ripped Jeans” is a smartly executed denim constructed shoe much like the “Family Forever” 1’s, a pair MJ’s kids produced in his honor. Here, though, the denim is distressed and bleached, similar to a few pairs we’ve seen Jordan wear throughout the years.
