When MJ stepped away from the NBA for a while, a few of his close friends kept the Jumpman on the court with some special, and very limited, player exclusives. One of these lucky few was the young guard for the Orlando Magic Nick Anderson. Jordan actually got the opportunity to face Nick Anderson and be guarded by someone wearing his shoes in the 1995 NBA Playoffs. Unfortunately for Mike and company, the Magic took that series and got into the NBA Finals.

Game worn shoes have long been a collectors item by sports memorabilia collectors, but the sneaker crowd has driven the value of something game worn made especially for one individual by added stitching or color unattainable to the public. This pair of Nick Anderson PE’s, game worn and signed, has made its way to eBay where you can expect this to sell for a healthy four-figure number. Not often do player exclusives from this era make their way to the auction block and the final bidding price is sure to reflect that.

More pics of these “once in a lifetime” shoes and a pic of Nick in action with them on his feet after the jump. Current price of $86.01 on eBay.
