As we reported earlier today, Jordan Brand is dropping two Air Jordan 11 Low colorways this summer. Releasing for the first time since 2001 is the “UNC” or “University Blue” colorway, alongside the much-anticipated “Barons” edition.
Both models carry critical historical context in celebrating Michael Jordan’s past greatness. The Air Jordan 11 “University Blue” pays homage to his championship years in Chapel Hill with North Carolina, while the Air Jordan 11 Low “Barons” ode to his time in Birmingham when he took up baseball following his first retirement from basketball.
Jordan Brand will release each of these pairs sometime this summer for a retail price of $175. Peep the official images and more below.
