Air Jordan 11 "Win Like '96" Celebrates MJ's Dominance with the Bulls

Designed to honor Michael Jordan’s six NBA championships as a Chicago Bull, Jordan Brand is set to release the Air Jordan 11 “Win Like ’96” in ode to his professional dominance in the Windy City.

The all-red Air Jordan 11 also has origins beyond just this story that surrounds the “Be Like Mike” campaign from 1991. The shoe is also a variant of the highly elusive Air Jordan 11 “Melo” PE.

Having dominated the rumor mill for years with hopes of a retail release, this “Win Like ’96” edition isn’t the same as the original Melo PE yet it’s certainly consistent in its all-red theme. It’s also worth noting that the overall shaping of the shoe appears different that the Melo sample that was floating around several years ago.
