Michael Jordan‘s time with the Washington Wizards is often looked upon as a low point in an otherwise flawless career. Strangely, only Jordan could have two 20-point seasons with stellar rebound and assist numbers and it be considered “low.” That, though, may be one of the many reasons why Jordan Brand isn’t keen on honoring his time in the nation’s capital. That changes next year.
Come January 2018, Jordan Brand will return the Air Jordan 18 – the very last shoe Michael Jordan played in during his towering NBA career. The shoe was designed in 2003 by Tate Kuerbis and will triumphantly retro for its 15th anniversary next year. The first pair to release will be the “Home” Wizards edition.
Stay tuned for more on the Air Jordan 18 “Wizards” in the months to come.
