Jordan Brand is coming through with the Air Jordan 36 PEs for Jordan Brand athletes such as Kia Nurse and Jayson Tatum and Chinese Basketball Association and Chinese National Team star Guo Ailun gets in on the action with a PE of his own.
Dressed in the colors of the Chinese flag, the all-red upper uses a blend of synthetic and raw materials. Fuse is used on the high wear areas around the toe and gold is seen accenting on the stripe that surrounds the upper around the heel. The Air Jordan 6 inspired tongue lace pocket on the forefoot sees Guo’s logo on the left sneaker and the Jumpman on the right in gold. The white midsole uses gold paint splatter throughout with a gold accenting strip that surrounds and divides the forefoot and heel through the metallic red Eclipse plate. A translucent outsole finishes off the sneaker which uses unlocked Zoom in the forefoot and heel for cushioning.
The Air Jordan 36 PE “Guo Ailun” is set to drop August 17 exclusively in China and will retail for $185. Check out the official images below and stay tuned to our Jordan Release Dates page for any updates.
