Jordans aren’t just for basketball as the brand is sending a shoutout to the Paris Saint-Germain Football Club via the Air Jordan 5 “PSG” colorway. Courtesy of @pinoe77, we get a rare first look at all angles of the sneaker.
At first glance, these black suede sneaks jog our memories of the “Metallic” Air Jordan 5, with a few choice modifications, providing a sleeker overall look. This time, instead of a 3M reflective tongue with red branding we see it opting for the black-on-black way, leaving the colors to take up real estate on the white and red embroidered “75” on the counter panel.
From there, a striped ribbon appears on the back of the collar with the Air Jordan branding being encircled by “Paris Saint-Germain” resembling the latter’s logo. Another detail that shouldn’t seep through the cracks in the inclusion of “Paris” seen on the shoe’s side panel mesh, resembling a past Air Jordan 5 collab did with Supreme.
No release details have surfaced as of yet, so keep it locked to Nice Kicks for updates.
